Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the returned item(s).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account directly as refunds often appear there before reaching your linked bank account. If you suspect any technical issues with the refund process, our customer service team will work with you and the payment provider to resolve the matter promptly.
